"DO NOT BOOK THIS HOTEL!!! Our experience with “Mike, the night shift manager”was absolutely unacceptable. From the moment we arrived to check in, he was rude, hostile, and disrespectful. When my partner simply asked a question, his response was, “I’m not talking to you.” We were shocked by the way he spoke to paying guests. The situation only got worse. Mike gave us a key card to a room that was already occupied. When we opened the door, there was a naked guest inside. This was a serious breach of privacy and safety that never should have happened. When we returned to the front desk to report the mistake, Mike showed no concern and offered no apology. Instead, he casually said, “Sometimes we give our employees a room,” as if that somehow excused giving us access to someone else’s occupied room. After this incident, we were forced to wait in the parking lot with our luggage for over an hour before finding a cheap room at another stay. This was especially frustrating because we had just arrived in the state for the first time, and this trip was meant to be a special surprise for my girlfriend. When I explained that to Mike, he simply shrugged his shoulders. As women, minorities, and members of the LGBTQ+ community, we left feeling unwelcome, disrespected, and unsafe. Whether intentional or not, the complete lack of professionalism, empathy, and accountability made for one of the worst hotel experiences we have ever had."

"I know the carpets are older and you plan an update But I hope you keep true to the arts and craft styling!!! The staff especially Grace were so accommodating, understanding and helpful. It would be great to add microwaves to each room and offer self serve laundry room. Thx"

"Extremely disappointing experience. We arrived at night expecting to check into our room, as the hotel’s email clearly stated it would be ready by 3:00 PM. Instead, we were told the room was still not ready and that we would have to wait even longer. After a full day of traveling, this was completely unacceptable. What made the situation worse was the attitude of the front desk staff. Rather than apologizing or trying to help resolve an issue that was entirely on the hotel’s side, they were defensive and dismissive. We were simply asking for the room we had reserved and been told would be available. Customer service is severely lacking here. The property itself also feels outdated and has a noticeable unpleasant odor throughout. Overall, this was a frustrating experience from start to finish. I would not recommend staying here. This hotel needs better management and a much stronger focus on customer service."
