"The room was very small and the closet almost nonexistent. The bathroom was very small. None of their accommodation were up to standard for a Hyatt stay! I complained about this to the manager and he said this is what it is. He did not offer any upgrade. Found out later that this was a hotel named Irvine hotel, which was an average hotel which Hyatt bought After the Covid and tried to upgrade it, but nothing to the standard of Hyatt. Very disappointed"

"The property is well-kept, and the rooms are spacious and clean. The price is great compared to nearest Balboa Bay Resort. So, it is a great alternative for extremely high-priced Balboa Bay. The only thing I did not like, is that they charge $40 per day for parking, plus another $40 per day as Resort Fees. That's $80 per day on top of hotel rooms. That is too much, and that is what cost them 1 star less than a perfect 5. ... "

"Our stay here was amazing! Every time I book a hotel I'm always looking for stains, dirt, and leftover trash but did not spot a single thing out of place. The hotel provided shampoo, conditoner, body wash, and lotion was also more than enough for my partner and I. Although a little short, only going 4 and a half feet down, the pool was amazing too! My partner and I had an amazing time here and plan on coming back here again when we have the time. AND MOST IMPORTANTLY, we were able to chekc in 3...

"This hotel exceeded my expectations. The pictures online didn’t quite look the same to me however the service was spectacular, the area is safe, and the pool was great. You do have to pay for parking $24 a night. The bed was very comfortable, and the water was hot. I booked this for the OC HOAG marathon and lots of runners stayed here, it was a very pleasant and quiet place. The staff gave us water which was very hospitable. I have no complaints. "
