"The property was updated, clean and convenient to the heart of center city. The hotel staff was very helpful and friendly. The parking next door was convenient. Our room was ok, small with a few suggestions for the future. The windows were large with a nice view of the nearby buildings. The one frosted window had no curtain making the room very bright. "All was well but for the food and food prices. I was charged a ridiculous amount of money for cold, cut up bread and mediocre cheese dip that I thought would be warm and flavorful pretzel. I opted out of your breakfast as that would be an additional $20. The same breakfast was complimentary at 2 of your other properties I’d stayed at on this trip. However, the beds were comfortable and the courtyard room was quite nice. All staff was fabulous and friendly. "

"Came in town for conference. Check in was fast and efficient. The room was small but clean. During check out had the opportunity to meet Dermot. Super warm and welcoming. He was extremely help with getting me a parking voucher and recommending breakfast in the area. Definitely a gem at CQ. Can’t wait to book again. "
