"Overall a nice hotel. There was no parking left on site and the were very rude when I asked them to recommend another safe location. They would not even let run my bags inside before heading to park several blacks away in public parking. I expected better service for the price I payed. "

"Very nice hotel. The room was spacious, clean & comfortable. Housekeeping was a problem because I requested two days of cleaning and they never cleaned the room. Super convenient to the Americasmart. I definitely will stay again. "

"Every time we arrive at Candler Hotel (a handful of times now), we are warmly greeted by Dwight, Tiffany, and Charmaine. We wish we knew everyone's names, but a special shout out to the front door crew for always making us feel welcome. We cannot forget to mention the hotel bar and restaurant staff who treat us excellently on every single occasion, for every single meal. Candler is awesome, so we're going to keep on coming back!"

"The staff is friendly and helpful and the rooms are clean but not equipped with trash bags in the bins. The mattress was also hard and difficult to sleep comfortably on but I'm sure that is a matter of preference"
