"The outdoors of this place is impeccable. But I wish the services and the rooms matched that. It took us more than an hour to get a crib since the first one didn’t work, and front desk staff constantly forget about things. Room conditions are ok but bed is far away from 4 star quality. "

"Lovely location and sweet courtyard. Room was clean and comfortable though there was a leaking tub faucet. I was extremely disappointed with the level of noise that woke me up on vacation at 7:30am (or so)....lawn mowing or blowing, garbage pickup, etc. Is there no town noise ordinance near a luxury hotel?"
