"The rooms aren’t as clean as I expected. "

"I brought a date for a one night turn around trip to Houston . The hotel was great and we hardly left the grounds between the food, bar & the atmosphere "

"Enjoyable stay. We were there for a conference. Nice conference facilities. We enjoyed the bar after our event but disappointed that snacks/food wasn't available on Friday or Saturday night after 10pm. We had a nice spacious room."

"I had a great one-night stay at the Whitehall. The room was well-appointed and very comfortable. The hotel is run by Sotherly and they had some nice touches - lemon cookies in the room, a veteran-focused foundation that they make you aware of, etc. The 1st floor bar, with an outside space, looked awesome. I just didn't have time to visit. The location is fine - a little on the outer edge of that side of downtown. I was close to my venue, so it was perfect for me. The only thing to note...

"Staff at the sports bar downstairs was not friendly at all. Also it rained so wasn’t able to use the pool and you can’t reuse the wrist bands which is very disappointing. "

"Great stay! The hotel looks clean, fluffy pillows, smells good, and had comfortable beds. They even returned a pair of very expensive shoes I left. Only complaint was poorly executed repairs in the bathroom. "
