"This hotel reminded me of a hotel in Singapore or Japan! Rooms are tiny but state of the art! Staff is fired up and loves working there! If u are not computer of IPad savy get your skills up before arriving here! No real drop off out front for your arrival and check in is on the 4th floor, where u do everything from charging your room card to checking in on a computer.. The vibe is good the bartenders and manager are a wealth of knowledge about the local area! Drinks are pricey but u are...

"Great location. Friendly staff. Helpful concierge. Unhappy about a mandatory daily "courtesy fee" which was not made clear when I made my reservation. Good breakfast buffet but overpriced. And when I instead ordered breakfast a la carte from the menu on my last morning there, I was charged $7 for coffee!! I also fail to understand why such a nice hotel would provide the cheapest toilet paper imaginable for its guests. Would probably stay here again but watch out for sticker shock."

"We have a cabin on the basement level, it was exreemly quiet. The front desk ask that you request any cleaning or linens required, but we asked each day for facecloths, did not receive them, asked again couple hours later still none. "

"Check in was great. Room wasn’t ready so we were upgraded to a suite. Amazing views. Great mall attached to hotel on 2nd floor with great shopping and eateries. First time in Boston for a Sox game. Great experience!"
