"Great stay overall! The room was terrific snd VERY comfortable. Some things were made clear & others not upon check-in ( when was checkout? was breakfast included & where? someone who worked sevurity told us when/where, but we didn't realize until we finished eating that it would cost $75, we checked in 3pm & out around 10am but were charged $53:2x for parking? ) Honestly, it was a great stay & we'd probably stay there again, but just FYI on all these things!!! "

"Overall, I was happy with the hotel. What I didn't like was having to pay $35.00 per day for fitness club access, parking and whatever else it covered. They call it a "Destination Charge". I think it should be optional for guests who intend to use theses services."

"Staff were wonderful, valet service was quick and room was pretty big. It is a huge hotel and the wait for the elevator is crazy long. People were cramming into already packed elevators because they had been waiting 10 minutes. Also impossible to talk to front desk before we arrived. "

"Upon checking out got jipped out of our 8 dollar discount at the parking garage. Shower water pressure was terrible. "

"We enjoyed the accessibility to the Prudential Center and the vast open spaces. The beautiful view during the day and at night from a high floor, and the heated swimming pool were a huge plus. Overall, we had a wonderful stay at the Sheraton in Back Bay. We would do it again in a heart-beat."

"Great staff at check in, decent food at the hotel restaurant (that’s saying something for hotel food!) and fabulous harbor view room. Very clean. We left very early (5:30 am) to take the complimentary shuttle to Logan Airport. The shuttle arrived right when we got to the lobby and there wasn’t a crowd waiting to get on. All good!"

"The futuristic look of the small room was a surprise and a reminder of Japan. The bed was very comfortable and we had a good stay. Early check in was possible but for a $50 USD fee. The location really worked for us."
