"The superior king size bedroom we stayed in is spacious and the air-cond is cold enough. The mattress is hard, find it very uncomfortable to sleep on, the quilt is too thin, the toilet bowl cover is spoilt. There is no hand towel provided. The location is a bit far out fr the town. You need a car or call e-hailing for that matter. "

"The free WiFi internet is very weak and slow. Exceeded the daily WiFi allowance without any heavy web browsing. The worst part is the loss of last day WiFi internet access privilege while you are still physically sleeping on the hotel bed before checking out!!"

"Pro: connected to the mall with a grocery store. Very easy to find something to eat. Very helpful staff, they can help arrange rides if needed. Con: the room is a little run down, can see some wires in the wall, and the corners of walls are chipped. Overall its a good hotel."

"Plus point: location is good. Near to recreational area (Padang Polo where a lot food stall available in the afternoon) and can access to many other places easily. Minus: Limited parking breakfast was so-so (better don't include breakfast in your booking)."
