「Great hotel right in the heart of town with a gorgeous lobby and simply fabulous staff. Secreto is the best craft cocktail bar in the city, if you're interested in happy hour or a nightcap! The room was tiny but quaint - no closet or desk, but it worked for two nights. Some of the carpeting in the hallways could use a refresh; and I could hear all the footsteps in the room above me, which was kind of a bummer, but thankfully Santa Fe doesn't stay up too late. Great rustic features throughout,...

「It was a trip back into the 1960's. They provided towel sets for two people when three were registered. No grab bars on side or walls of the tub, and no apparent slip prevention on tub bottom. We could have dropped a towel for the purpose, but then we would have been drying off with a washcloth...) Burned out light bulb next to one of the beds.
The housekeeping staff was good, however.
But at the $800+ price for two nights, next time we'll chose another place to stay.」

「The property was well decorated but needed some repairs. The plumbing especially needed updating. The toilets and faucets did not work properly. I believe the filters is the shower heads and faucets needed to be replaced. There was no Wi-Fi and only one small tv.」
