Every staff member i encountered but one was above and beyond helpful and seemed concerned about me, my group, and our stay. Do not be fooled by the fact that they promote a fancy restaurant. Food is very limited and truthfully, not very good. Mass produced elsewhere and then not prepared with any love on site. Again, the staff is wonderful, the rooms are clean. "

"The bedding perhaps needs to be updated to a quality mattress. We did not receive arrival instructions because we booked thru Expedia and the owners failed to look at the booking. We Had to call to gain acess, however, it was okay as John was very gracious. We did not stay overnight due to a family emergency back home, vacating the property around 11 pm. John phonedthe following day to check on us and to thank us for choosing his B &N."
