"Not very friendly staff. We could not early checking and did not get a call when the room was available. We did not get the room we wanted on the lower floor but have to settle with one upstairs making my handicapped wife walk a long corridor. The extra fees should be declare upfront and not added after."

"I stayed three nights in two different rooms. The first room wasn’t very good. Very dated. Almost no soap in the dispenser. Dishes were dirty. Bed had plastic on it like a pee pad. And steam from the shower made the smoke detector cheep. The second room was much better. Really no issues from what I could see. We like this place because of location and look. But over the years it has been declining bad."

"I was warmly greeted when I checked in. Room was clean and had the amenities I needed. Walking distance to downtown, arena, old Sacramento, river and ballpark. Quiet too overnight. Staff was helpful in the am when I asked to check my bag at front desk while I did some sightseeing."

"THE BREAKFAST WAS AWESOME MY FAMILY ENJOYED IT...THE STAFF WAS AMAZING THEY REALLY TOOK CARE OF US ALWAYS SOME ONE AROUND TO TALK TOO IF WE HAD ANY PROBLEMS WHICH I DID....I LOST MY DEBIT CARD I REPORTED IT THE NEXT DAY FRONT DESK CALLED ME THEY FOUND IT....WE ALL HAD A GOOD TIME SITTING AT THE BAR WE ORDERED SOME FOOD IT WAS AMAZING....OVERALL WE WERE VERY IMPRESSED WE ACTUALLY BOOKED A ROOM FOR MEMORIAL WEEKEND....CANT WAIT !!!!"
