Peaceful and relaxing hotel who have wonderful staff who work very hard for every guest. Property maintained every day. Stayed a week and had everything needed. Felt very safe, extra parking in back, most shopping stores are close to drive to. Only thing is they didn't have treadmill and shower does squeak. Pool and hot tub are amazing. Will come back when in area.

Everything was great, the only thing I would change was the size of the parking spaces, they were very small and you could not get in your car without having your door touch the car next to you.

You will grow old waiting for the elevator. The parking lot was in good shape but the parking slots were very narrow very difficult to get in or out of your vehicle if vehicles parked on both sides

Hotel looks a little run down. Parking area had some questionable people hanging around. My kids and I didn’t feel completely comfortable getting in to the hotel. There were some people doing some inappropriate things in the pool, and you can see the pool from the back parking area, so my kids could see it. We were only there one night so just decided to go sleep and leave early in the morning. Also, my room was booked and paid for in advance and when we got there, they couldn’t find my reservation. Expedia did a great job in helping and getting my refund back almost immediately, but the hotel was a little sketchy. Definitely not going back.
