Toilet was covered in piss upon entering the room. Absolutely reeked of cigarette smoke. Window was jammed open and was unable to be shut (winter in New York sub-10 degrees). Space heater was broken. Stains all over floor and bedding. Holes in the wall. Screaming in the hallway all night long. Sink was broken. Manager lied about room availability absolute worst experience at a hotel I have ever had"

"We were “upgraded“ to a top floor suite. Sounded great but was also a bit odd. The beds were shorter than normal to accommodate the shape of the room? But the room was clean and comfortable and the view from what became the shared balcony was amazing. Was the second time staying there and still think it is a solid choice and decent hotel when staying in the city"
