"When going for check in the staff was unpleasant and the wait time was very long. The room was neglected. Bed sheets were very dirty. In the shower, previous visitors left their used soap and were never removed by the staff when preparing the room. There were more than two soaps on the shower wall. I slept without covering because the bed sheets were stained and smelled really bad. "

"This hotel is trying to recover from Hurricane Otto (2 years ago) No restaurant, no microwave or coffee pot. Good location and a beautiful beach. Extremely run down."

"Para el costo que pague el hotel estaba muy descuidado , cuando pasó el temblor la puerta de mi habitación se trabó y me quedé encerrada con mi hija , tuvieron que ir a dañar la chapa y no la arreglaron, me retiré del hotel un día antes porque no arreglaron la puerta y mis cosas ahí sin ninguna seguridad "

"Nice hotel. Good location. Clean. Staff were nice enough. It's more like a high end hostel then hotel all facilities are communal. Rooms are tiny and have very limited thing no fridge etc"
