"Stayed there the last day of my stay in Zanzibar and I’m never going back.. management need to up their game. No urgency, Poor reception, rooms too outdated, plugs need to be changed to multi sockets, water takes forever to warm up somehow, food average!! I really didn’t enjoy the 15 hours I spent there! "

They have a Tour company on staff, that’s reasonable in price, reliable, and there specifically for that resort, so you don’t have to wait to pick up other people before getting to go where you want to go. "Our stay at the Passion Boutique Hotel was super fantastic. It could not have been better. We loved the location and the pool. Our room was delightful and had everything we needed (and some things we didn't know we needed like the ice machine!) We ate all our meals during our three day stay in the hotel's restaurant. All the meals were great but some were just outstanding. I had some of the best dinners I have had in a long time. Delicious! Madelina and her staff do an amazing job...

"AC did not work and they couldn’t fix it. The water pressure was also extremely low which made it hard to shower and even flush the toilet. There was an awesome guy working 24/7 who was trying to solve all problems. Thumbs up to him. "

It’s boutique hotel so not the facilities of a mega resort but the local friendly staff arranged a couple of excellent things for me and I really enjoyed the intimate atmosphere. Great food too with sea views. I also enjoyed a massaged in a small hut by the sea so could hear the surf. "
