「Pretty much handled online through Expedia booking - little one on one personal contact on checking in. Nice room - spacious - clean - everything needed was there. There from 6pm to next morning departure 8am. Only complaint was the VERY musty smell in the elevator - hard for me to breath in such a small confined area.」

「At this time of year there were not many guests at the hotel. It appeared that no more than a few rooms were occupied. Yet, when we arrived early - we were told to wait. Ok, lunch in town and a walk around - and yet when we returned we were not allowed in our room until the designated time. Not very friendly or helpful 」

「The hotel is awesome but the staff really make the experience pleasant. We felt at home from the minute we walked through the front door. There is plenty of free parking and the area is close to a beautiful park. The breakfast is open to 10:00 AM which means I don’t have to set an alarm to get up and have some food. Rinn checked us in and kept a close watch to make sure we had everything needed for a comfortable stay. Andrea took over and was also super helpful and always with a big smile!...

「There was a shelf behind the toilet that prevented the toilet seat from staying up. Air conditioner was about 30 years old and made loud grinding sounds when starting up. Grinding sounds would go away after a few minutes, but it was loud during normal operation. Comforter had what appeared to be dried blood on it. On the plus side, staff was nice and the room actually had a paper channel guide to tell what the channels were.」

It was hard not having hot water for a shower and not being offered some kind of voucher (for example, a complimentary night in the future) to account for the lack of hot water during our 4 day stay. The oatmeal needs to be cooked better also. And the coffee wasn't hot on a regular basis.
