「Good experience 」

「Muy mala experiencia, hacer la reservación por medio de expedía, la reservación fue para 7 personas y otra para 5 personas las dos reservaciones tenían diferentes precios al seleccionar cada reservación pagué según el precio por cada reservación una de 750 y otra de 447, la confirmación de expedía fue de dos adultos por cada reservación muy mal pero muy mal y luego tuve q pagar 450 dólares más para q me la modificaran porq no se puede cancelar así que no volveré comprar por medio de expedía.」

「We stayed at the hotel for 5 days and absolutely loved it. The property is clean and we were welcomed by staff every time we came back to the hotel. They have the best cucumber water in the lobby that we enjoyed so much. Our room was huge and well appointed with a sofa area, fridge and microwave. 「I spent 80 bucks a night. When I arrived the room was poorly cleaned. There was a McDonald's order stuck to the lamp of someone else who was in the room. Theres no trash can, when I arrived there was also no remote to the TV I had to the use the buttons on the TV and the only button that worked was the power button. When I went downstairs and asked about TV they gave me the lobby remote but the volume didn't work. Then the hair dryer made this horrible crackling sound when I turned it on and...

「The view is beautiful and right off the highway. Lots of stores and restaurants not far from the location. Upon check in the front desk clerk was very helpful and she was able to accommodate us with an early check in. After driving 8 hours it was such a relief. The halls were very warm but extremely clean. The room was spotless. I paid extra for the breakfast and was informed the extra amount would be for the continental breakfast which I was ok with. The next morning we decided to go off...

「Very nice hotel, nice service, and the room is clean. I was arrived at 12:30, I really apprecate they can accept my early check in. A convenience store near by the hotel, around 10 mins on foot. Nice airport shutle service, call them while arrived, waiting less than 10 mins.」
