「Great hotel. Perfect location. Beware valet parking is $62 and no guarantee a place will be available. Parking around aid cheaper but you will not be able to go in and out. 」

「The bathroom was rather small. I am 6'6" tall and I could not stand up straight. The room was nice.」

「The front desk service is very poor. Shuttle runs until 10:30pm and no one answered my phone until time passed. AC is loud and cannot be turned to auto mode. Will not recommend or come back to this place for overnight traveling. 」

「I was there for a conference. the location to the convention center is really close and many restaurants and pharmacy and Target nearby. 」

「1. Bad shuttle service! Called the hotel and its operator never told us they only pick up at the blue area! just said the shuttle will be there in any minute. Caused our 50 minutes’ waiting in the chilly midnight. 2. Racist shuttle driver! When finally got on the shuttle, the old lady driver said whatever it is, you eventually get hotel by the “complementary” shuttle bus! How rude she was!!! 3. 「員工非常友善熱情，房間是木板不是地毯而且很乾淨，暖氣穩定不會忽冷忽熱。床也很乾淨，看得出來很用心在整理。唯一缺點就是我住了三天有一天早上沒熱水，還有淋浴的水量很小。在這氣溫零下的時候無法好好洗個熱水澡是很可惜的。」
