「The room was given away when my daughter got there at 1AM and they were out of rooms. Imagine paying for a room for your 21 year old daughter who was traveling by herself and her plan landed at 1AM. She took an uber to her hotel, just to be told they had given it away. Even though it was paid for!!! I was not happy when she was in a city, all alone and no hotel rooms left! I would not recomend expedia or this hotel again!」

「I would not recommend this hotel. The ceiling above the shower was coming down, the towel holder in the bathroom was falling off the wall, the new flooring didn’t reach behind the toilet, a picture was removed from above the bed but the metal clips were still hanging there. And the batteries died in the card device of our room door so our security cards wouldn’t work. It was a Sunday and maintenance doesn’t work on the weekends. The front desk had to use a makeshift wire and string to feed under...

「I think the hotel may have been just a few years old. The shower stream was still powerful. The room was big and comfortable, and there were two TVs. The complimentary breakfast was just ok. The lady who checked us in was quite cool and nice. Overall, I enjoyed my stay. 」

「The staff was pretty great but this hotel is going through a name change and update and the restaurant isn’t open nor was the bar. The room was very expensive ($280) due to demand and it was clearly an “airport hotel” which is to say not very nice. They are clearly going through a lot of changes I just take issue with the price versus the quality. Again, the staff was friendly and helpful so that was nice.」
