My stay was not the most pleasant. I had to change my room about three times. One of the rooms I was transferred to had a spider crawling on the headboard. The staff did their best to rectify the situation. However, I was very disappointed with my stay.

The experience was exceptional, exceeding expectations. It was a truly memorable stay. The staff were friendly and respectful. They greeted guests upon entering and leaving the hotel. As I checked out, the housekeeper even engaged me in conversation, asking about my stay and welcoming me back.

Everything was great except the pool was closed. A big reason I chose this hotel was because it had a pool. I feel as tho you should alert your customers when booking with you that the pool is closed so we can make prior arrangements.
