「The property was convenient to everything we needed to do during our stay. But, the door to the room would not shut on its own or open without a big push to get it past its strike plate. The exercise room was locked and not available the evening I wanted to use it. Staff said it was locked by accident but no one was available to get it unlocked until after 10 that night. 「After arriving late at night and going to sleep, I woke up and realized the bed I was sleeping in was filthy. The shower did not work and the bathroom vanity was unfinished. I packed my things back up and checked out being told I would be refunded. No response when I reached out twice in the Expedia app. I called the hotel and was again told I would be refunded. This was 3 weeks ago and no refund. This place is just awful.」

「Room was clean. Staff was friendly. Breakfast was adequate. Only downside was the bar in the lounge had nothing left in stock to drink other than wine. There was, however, a liquor store right beside the hotel.」

「Nice place and nice location. Communication between Expedia and the hotel apparently isn’t great- we did not get the room we paid for through Expedia and they did not have the bigger room available. Also, on the Expedia app they advertise a meal and drink voucher as an amenity, that is no longer offered. They offered us $10 in place of the voucher but no accommodations or refunds were offered for the smaller room. Elevator was out, we booked a room on the second floor they assigned us a room on...

「FULL sized beds- Not Queen. Wasn't aware of this prior to booking. Rooms were great, except for the small beds. It was very difficult to fit a family of 4 with an infant into the "family" advertised rooms.」
