"The location made this hotel a lot better. The rooms were outdated and the shower and sink were constantly dripping. I would recommend if you want to be in Times Square, but for the price, I would’ve expected better, more updated rooms. "

Our hotels.com account was hacked on the 27th April and was reported immediately however hotels.com have no alleged fraud team or security team and did nothing resulting in someone now having control of my account my bookings and the use of my reward nights. Since the compromise of the account I have had two bookings cancelled and a refund...

"Extremely convenient location. Walk out and broadway is there. 10mins walk to Central Park. Can’t beat the location. Rooms are small but hey it’s NYC!!"

"It was a very nice and convenient location. We had a very good room with two queen beds, a closet and a mini fridge. To our luck, we got a view of the Empire State Building if we looked up. We loved how close it was from everything, including Time Square. I would definitely stay here again! Only bad thing I have to say is that it took like a month and weekly calls to the hotel to get our deposit back. "

"This was a last minute trip with the kids to have some spontaneous fun and it was a success. The hotel was clean overall. The pool was at a good temperature. The continental breakfast was extensive. The staff was nice. The location is very ideal 3 restaurants in walking distance and Sams Club and Walmart close as well. We will be coming back again for sure!!!"

"The hotel is in a great area off Times Square so it is quiet from the noise of Times Square while super convenient. However, the walls are thin so if you have a noisy neighbor than well it is noisy. It is slightly older so the rooms and amenities are slightly dated. The size of the room is slightly bigger than normal for this area. I took a star off since I asked for specific housekeeping service and they didn't provide it."

"Great location in Manhattan. Easy access to the subway on 32nd. The rooftop bar was fantastic, with a great view of the Empire State Building. Rooms were small. The staff were friendly. Great food options on the block. You could eat every meal on that block and be happy."

"The location is good not too busy. The room was spacious and staff were friendly. The breakfast is really bad for the amount charged. I will recommend to have breakfast in restaurant called Paris Baguette nearby, good pastries and coffee much cheaper."
