「A nice enough hotel that is amazingly close to the airport and includes free airport shuttle. The rooms were clean. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Some of the items in the fitness center were not super well maintained, but that’s my only Minor complaint.」

「We were in Albany for a concert and booked the Country Inn and Suites due to our usual hotel being booked. I have zero negative things to say about this property. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful. The property was well kept and maintained, very clean. Our room was great! And best of all, no hallway noise (at least for us)! I know if I find myself back in Albany and need a hotel, it will be this one vice the usual one we stay in.」

「Maintenance of door locks should be scheduled periodically. I stayed in room 406 and had to come down to front desk and get my key cards reprogrammed. I understand things happened so I didn’t think it would be a problem but the next day I went for breakfast and upon returning to my room key cards did not work. Went back down to front desk and asked the manager to check lock because the night before I had the same problem. He refused to come and check with me and reprogrammed the key cards. I...
