「スカイ島観光の起点としては最適な場所です。サービスで気になった点は、①ディナー　予約して5分前に行くも、入り口際の最悪席を案内。入る時にメニューカードを渡され、ワインアルコールメニュー提供なし。席は、変更希望して変えて貰いました。他の接客は、席でメニューとワインリストを丁寧に接客。 前菜をシェアしたく、皿をリクエストするも拒否。メインに変わる時にカテラリーを変えて貰いましたが、肉料理に丸いナイフを提供。切りにくいのを見た他のスタッフがシャープなナイフを持って来てくれて美味しく楽しめました。料理は美味しく満足。我々がアジア人だったから? 白人には丁寧。 ②タオルと水のサプライ無し スカイ島観光を終えて戻り、シャワーを浴びようとするも、タオルが1枚しかありませんでした。サプライを依頼したら、すぐに持ってきてくれて、反応は良好。 隣にSPARがあり、小物の買い物も出来て良い場所にあるから①②の体験は残念でした。」

「Food was amazing, really beautiful hotel and the staff was extremely friendly. There is no elevator though so a but inaccessible for anyone with mobility issues.」

「The place is older and hasn't seen the best of maintenance in recent years it seems. The door to the bathroom in our room did not close due to misalignment. The shower stall had mold in the corners. The room itself smelled and felt damp. Nobody on site to complain to so we lived with it. Considering our experience and what was paid we would not come back unless other options were booked up. Yes the place is cheaper than a lot in the area however it was still overpriced in our eyes.」

「Key room doest work wasted almost 3 hours with long journey. No sufficient staff. Looked like there is only 1 person for all needs. Just a hype to look old and characteristic hotel. I have been to many such celebrated hotel older then this and it is well maintained and have caring staff to take care of hotel.」

「Staying at this hotel was like a roller coaster of service, and I just wanted to get away. Breakfast: We were asked to pay an extra £18 per person, and we were told we could cancel it, but they forced it on us. Cleaning: The "wet" towels were placed on the bed, but how do I use them? Biscuits were only replenished on the last day. The cleaning standards varied from day to day, suggesting a problem with "standardized procedures" and "staff training." They even unplugged our chargers and threw...

「Impressive ! Phone line reachable & able to help bçs my flight delay 9hrs. Driving 270Km, I was 5min late, staff no complaint even they said wait me till 11:00pm ! Spaces room. Grand hotel inside both paintings, furniture with good match. Like stay at a small castle. Traditional Scottish restaurant, cosy, good food. Friendly greeting staffs. Big laund in front ... so good!」
