West Middletown 3 Stars Hotels

"Property is conveniently located near many amazing restaurants and fun things to do. Short drive to downtown Pittsburgh and other surrounding neighborhoods. Also staff is amazing but they do need additional staff to boost the cleanliness. Also has many amenities awesome pool and hot tub, best breakfast, and fitness center "

"Sink stopper in bathroom broken. The room itself was excellent. The hotel is connected to the casino via a walkway on the fourth floor. They had a breakfast but it cost 14$ "

"Room was outdated and tile was dirty on the floor in the restroom. Paneling on closet did not match like it had been previosly replaced but in poor condition with a different wood. Navivating to the room was bad, everything is on different levels. You must do an inspecion and premapping before you visit, memorize carpet patterns to navigate...levels are labeled but do not help much as main rooms can can turn you around if you are not familiar."

"Room 316 the bed closes to the window has a very big dent in it. Could not get a comfortable sleep. The Hot Tub and Pool needed some care, They both were very CLOUDY. I took pictures of both. Not clean .. Great Day!"

"No they charged me more money than what they were supposed to and I still have not got my money back. When I asked about it at the front desk the clerk could not answer why or tell me if and when I would get the extra money they charged me back "
