「I have stayed at this property several times and been pleased enough to return each time. This time I was very disappointed. It was after check-in time and the rooms were not ready for occupancy. After an extra 40 minutes of waiting, we were put in a a handicapped accessible room. Two light’s were burned out, and the mattress was so soft, it was almost impossible to sleep. The morning breakfast was dried out, and overall, poorly supervised. We will not be staying at the hotel again.」

「I understand things happen, but I will never choose a hotel chain that excepts me to be grateful to be a customer. When we arrived the hot tub was out of service. The kitchen was being remodeled so there was no breakfast or evening meal service and they were not supplying any coffee in the lobby. Their compromise … a one way shuttle drop off within 2 miles. For a hotel to be a “home” away from home. This was more of a pay us for what we list on the website, not for what you get when you...

「Front desk was rude at check-in and the room/hallways were dirty. Terrible signage to find the hotel. Breakfast was fine. Good location. Overpriced and not up to Fairfield/Marriott standards.」
