"The stay was ok, but with the room I requested, it was not even close to what I expected for the price. I have stayed at comfort inn much nicer than this room. For a superior room, it was far from it. The heat did not work proporly, it did smell a bit, the fridge did not work as it rattles when it cycles. The plug ins are very loose, there was just a chair in the room other than a bed. To me this was not a superior room. I've stayed here a couple years ago and it was in much better shape for a...

"We loved every aspect of this stay! The room was great; clean and everything in working order. The staff was upbeat and very personable. The facilities were very accommodating. The only negative we had was the locker rooms/bathrooms in the pool area. We were traveling with a 1yo and 9yo. It was really challenging to not have a place to sit, facilities to change the baby, or place our dry clothes.
