「Room was spacious and clean and the front desk was friendly upon our arrival. She recommended places for dinner as well.」

「I had requested a handicap room but when I went to the room it was for a deaf person not mobility impaired. When I said something they said “you have the handicapped room “. I had never been assigned a hearing impaired room when I had requested it. There were no grab bars and bathtub was too deep to use safely. The other things were great just for my needs I wouldn’t be able to stay there.」

「I checked in late at night and was surprised to see a notice at the front desk stating that parking was $10 per day. This was not advertised; I had no other option. There is plenty of parking, and one could park at one of the adjacent shopping centers. But ten dollars a day is a surprise, and to me it's cheating. 「We had a great stay for the OSU graduation. We were a big group and there was plenty of room. The air mattresses were a great touch. Communication was great throughout. The area is quiet and safe.
