「熱水爐容量比較細，4 人合住，需要安排洗澡時段，第一天未有經驗，結果要捱冷水 提供的熱水煲很殘舊，煲蓋已老化到甩粉，壺咀嚴重生銹，因為前台不是 24 小時，捱了一天晚，第二日換了個好一點的，勉強可用」

「Called the night before arr to book a car park..the night manager said that he penciled me down for the last car park (20 nzd per night). Arr the next day, after 4 hours of driving.. the receptionist said the car park was fully booked and my name wasn't on the list. Was not happy abt this experience at all.. There were little pieces of rubbish on the bathroom floor when we enter the room. However, the breakfast was good.」

「Tidy, comfortable and quiet room. Closely located to the train station, shops and restaurants. Had a heat pump, Sky television, spa bath and great water pressure.」

「Acceptable. The hotel is located at the edge of a residential area and a bustling district, making it fairly convenient. The staff were warm and attentive, and the place had a nostalgic charm. My room had the bed facing an entire wall of windows, which directly overlooked another hotel across the street. For those who value privacy, I recommend checking the room details with the staff beforehand or asking on-site if a room change is possible (which I should have done).」

「It's a nice place for family to stay. The room is clean but there's was a group of students stay next with us so it's quite noisy. The female shower room light doesn't work.」

「Lovely peaceful location. Good sized room with everything I needed. Lovely to have a spa bath! Tank the dog was an excellent reception assistant.」
