Considering the price, room is big and clean kinda have everything needed for a stay.But quite noisy during the night as cars,buses drove by and some rowdy guys wandering on the streets.

The complex appears run down, there was a faint smell of urine below the apartments where the restaurants and shops are situated. Although handy it can be a bit noisy at times. The three bedroom apartment had a drain in the kitchen floor with a cover however it wasn't very appetising when making meals and watching dirty water swirling. We couldn't open the windows in the two top bedrooms so prepare to be hotboxed during the summer months, the mobile fans assist with the sauna experience, no aircon. The kitchen bin was broken and only one toilet roll provided for 5 guests over two days. Staff however were great and provided more rolls and changed the bin. The beds were great, unit tidy, plenty of towels, cutlery. It could do with fresh paint and maybe some art on walls as its quite bland. Paid carparking was easily accessible.

Accommodation is spacious with a well stocked kitchen. The angled ceiling in the main bedroom is a nice touch. Only drawback is a lack of parking, which I was aware of when booking.

Good place for families and good base for a 3 night stay. Everything we needed was close by including various eateries and cafes. Main bedroom backed onto the street, so a bit noisy but otherwise perfect.

Must admit when I first arrived I thought to myself what have I booked but thankfully we were pleasantly surprised. Great location, comfortable beds, spacious and comfortable accomodation. A bit noisy but to be expected considering the location.

The location is so central, Wellington is literally on your doorstep. The linen and bathroom was very clean, but otherwise the rooms felt a bit tired and in need of a freshen up.

Great accomodation, our room was cleaned immaculately and the property is very well maintained, and is super warm. Check in through to check out was hassle free and they were very accomodating with us requesting an earlier check in. Will definitely be going back.

Great location & flat noise from bars unbearable

The accommodation was really spacious, clean and had everything we needed. The location was good, it was central so we could walk everywhere. Unfortunately the noise from the bars below was unbearable and continued until 2:30am, which was a real shame.

Great location, easy walk to both Te papa and parliament building. As a family with 3 adults and a 13 yr old kid, we enjoyed our stay. Love the facilities with kitchen, washing machine, dryer. The only issue is the hot water, after 2 showers ( not even washing hair), it ran out of hot water. It is very inconvenient for 4 of us. Apart from this, the place is great.

Very convenient as it was walking distance from our appointment and shops restaurants were also walking distance. Quiet area. Doors leading to outside courtyard might need some attention including handles. Overall tidy and equipped with essentials. Thank you!
