having to go to another motel to check in not ideal advertised as having a bar and lounge that is non existance Room rather run down although clean and tidy

Stay was good. The motel was reasonably clean, pretty much had what we required for a couple nights, bed was firm but reasonably comfortable, clean bedding, shower was decent, hot & decent pressure. Kitchenette included the essentials. Close enough to the train station for walking. Negatives- the reception at the motel is all closed up with signs to collect the key down the road, slightly confusing. Sky tv 50+ channels is advertised online plus on their reception building but its blacked out on their entry gate signs, our room only had very basic tv channels. The cafe, bar and room service also advertised on their website seems to be non existent and google suggests its closed down. Website seems to need updating to reflect all of this. When arriving at the motel it looks kind of dingey from the outside, reception closed up, rubbish in the gardens- looks as though its going to reflect the bad reviews, however the room itself is ok. Rooms are slightly tired with bits of missing paint chips, cracks etc. But overall a good stay, it served our purpose of a low cost roof & bed while we spent most of our time out exploring the city. Id stay again

No office on site, had walk down the road to another hotel to get the key. Room was not serviced at all while I was there. No smoke alarm in the unit. Unit was tidy, quiet and quite nice, shame about the rest.

Staff were super helpful when we stayed there for 4 nights. Our first night in our room the tv remote was not found then next morning staff offered us to move to another room which was helpful comfortable bed, tv with remote, clean room overall.

Located directly on a bus line, stop just across the street. Makes for a easy day into the city. Plenty of shops in easy driving, grocery, laundry, restaurants, Kmart and more.

I didn't like staying here it needs up grading cleaner need to make sure everything is done but no U had to asked for towels rubbish to be emptied been their 7 days bedding wasn't changed at all the best thing was the shower not far to the shops free parking

The motel was very run down and no actual reception on site , upon arrival we saw a sticker on old reception door for us to go to another motel down the road to receive keys ( no heads up about this during booking ) , everything was closed up and looked uninviting , very basic cleaning ( stove dirty ) , we had 4 guests in a family suite and were only provided a hand towel ( no towels to shower with ) - it’s fine if your travelling on a budget and want to keep things basic , nice sized rooms etc but could do with a bit of TLC
