Poor communication. Poorly cleaned ((black finger prints on shower wall, sticky counter tops and dust on top of items). Plenty of parking. Handy location. Warm.

Nothing unique about the property, we were not impressed having to walk 100metres up the street in the rain and wind to get the room key. We were not told we were to go to another motel to check in. Not appropriate or impressed.

It advertises wifi but could not sign into this. Recept was going to come and fix this but never came. Was then told they had made contact with supplier as their problem. Rooms not clean. Kitchen filthy. Plug points not working. Only good thing was the shower. Rude receptionist. No help at all. 3 motels but only 1 receptionist who based not at our motel. Cheap but nasty.

Room, staff, and parking all good. Didn't use the kitchen. The unit was actually very good and I would happily stay there again. However, check-in was terrible. We rang in the afternoon and were assured we could arrive at 9pm. We did arrive at 8.45pm when it was dark - glad it wasn't raining. YOU NEED TO CLEARLY COMMUNICATE WHERE TO FIND RECEPTION - up the road in the next block!!!!!!!

Some expected items in room missing. Staff generally efficient but the fact there were missing items had not been picked up. Appreciate the novel built-in seat in shower at this motel.
