「Our stay was very pleasant. The staff went above and beyond to meet our every need. The facility is a little dated, they need to pay a little more attention to the pool areas, and the outdoor areas and update and keep them clean and painted. The restaurant was good, although very busy. The breakfast was excellent! The room was good, bed was very comfortable, everything was clean, and overall I give our stay a very high rating. I cannot say again how helpful, respectful, and kind the staff was....

「Liked: the room was nice and clean as expected when we arrived. The staff: was never seen in my building. Dislikes: We noticed piles of towels and garbage bags outside of each of the rooms so immediately came to understand there would probably be no housekeeping. We went to the building where you check in and had to get our own towels to replenish used ones. Amenities: the Bogi Splash water park pool was great but the outdoor pool was overcrowded and was kind of dirty looking in the pool. We...
