「I liked everything. I will return next year. Did not know there was a pool and spa on the property until I was already there for 3 days. Need to add a pic of the pool/spa to the pics of the property!!!!!」

「We didn’t like that there was limited hotel parking and that we incurred a $15 a day parking fee. Breakfast was tasty and complimentary! We did find it strange that most housekeeping staff did not understand English. We asked for a few items and at least 4 different employees could not comprehend what we were asking for ie: a garbage bag, glasses for the room, towels, and a bathroom scale to weigh our luggage. Usually there is a scale in every fitness center of every hotel we’ve ever stayed...

「They are located outside the city and Reno but it’s only about 20 min away and if you want peace and quiet, this is your place. We are non smokers and retired. We like the friendly staff and the convenience of the location. They are located right of the freeway. We will return and use this location again. 」
