Clean spacious rooms, very friendly staff, Ryun was very helpful with a problem regarding another reservation. Breakfast had many options from Waffles to Oatmeal
We had an amazing stay! Hotel was fantastic! New, clean, perfect. Staff were great. The lady that checked us in on day was was so fast and friendly. The gentleman in the evening was so helpful and quick to help with anything we needed.
We used the bbq grills almost every night! What a great space to cook and sit by the gas fire pits to relax.
Breakfast was tasty and plentiful. I literally can’t say enough good things about this hotel and the staff.
The rooms are extremely clean and quiet. I was by the elevator which is usually the loudest room, but never heard any traffic noise. The staff was amazing as well. I also enjoyed the complimentary breakfast and liked how they changed it up slightly every day. If I had to pick on one thing to improve upon was working the climate in that room. For some reason, even though I had a temperature set...it seemed fine during the day but at night, it seemed to get a little warm like something was automatically shutting it off during the night hours.
The staff was outstanding in every manner. We didn’t use little kitchen, but it was ample. The room was cleaned prior and during our stay. Breakfast was okay. Some foods were unavailable by 8:00 - like bacon and real eggs. The fresh fruit was great. The pool was freezing and no one went in - I tried but had to get out in 2 min. Very disappointing. A shout out to Jose and Ryun who went the extra mile for us with booking and assisting us with a problem.
Very clean property. Rooms are very spacious . The only area they need attention is breakfast. Juice machine wasn’t working, no half n half. Scrambled eggs would’ve been better . Overall good experience.
The room and staff were the best. Two issues were controlling the temperature in the room. I think one bed is too close to the register. The second was the morning buffet was soap. No one was cleaning up, the juice dispenser was broke for at least three days otherwise it was a normal buffet.
My experience was good, the room was fairly clean there was some dusty areas along with some hair and debri in the bathroom. Staff was friendly. The breakfast buffet was a little disappointing. There was no scrambled eggs or milk. Those are basic breakfast items. The orange juice machine was out of order. The fruit seemed old (apples, oranges), the only fresh fruit was the cantaloupe. Overall our stay was good. Everything is new and modern.
The hotel is fairly new, which means everything is clean, modern, and free of “mystery stains.” The staff is friendly and helpful, but there was one guy who was giving a very stern message about making sure the door between the desk and office was closed.
Breakfast is decent, though other Home2Suites I’ve stayed at offer more choices and fresher pastries. I’d love to see this location step it up and give the other hotels a run for their money.
The fitness room had some great options: elliptical, treadmill, spin bike, hand weights, that all‑in‑one machine that looks like it could double as a Transformer, plus mats and foam rollers. There’s even a laundry room right off the gym, which will be great when I finally have the extra time to spend a weekend before or after my client visits.
I didn’t check out the pool, but the dining room and patio offer a gorgeous view of the mountains. I've been there during cooler weather and between the view and the cute downtown, I find myself researching housing costs.
