「Me and my guests had to switch rooms 3 times due to a moldy smell in the first room with visible signs of mold on the wall next to the AC along with a broken window. The next room was better but still a moldy smell. We then found multiple stains in the bedding and hairs underneath the comforter.We asked for the sheets to be changed but then got moved to another room. Last room was manageable. Also had to take the stairs every time because one elevator was broken with a sign stating it was broken...

「The front desk attendant was, very attentive, had to ask were the elevator was located at check in, I asked for his name and was reluctant to give it to me. The property has to hot tubs, one didn’t work at all, and the other didn’t heat. They proudly listed as the amenities, the shower broke in the room and no maintenance person was on the property, they didn’t offer to move me to another room, I had to ask them and finally they moved me. The hostess Vanessa was welcoming & made a lovely breakfast each day with fresh coffee, baked goods & hot food. She went above & beyond to make our stay nice. We would definitely come again.
