"Was a super fun stay with the pool bar, fun pool and bocce court. The rooms were redone and mostly great. The only thing was the beds hurt our back. We bought our fan line ususal, but without that it may have been a little noisy. "

"It is my 4th stay at the hotel since Sept 2023, and the menu at Tolay restaurant is still the same! Sometimes the hotel is short in staff for the restaurant and bar, and as a result the seating aera in the restaurant is closed, and the customer has to go to the bar to eat (difficult to eat easily because the tables are too high when you are seated on the chair/sofa)"

"The Highland Dell was an enjoyable stay for us. Our room, 102, was interesting. There was no thermometer setting available but I assume it was because it was certified as Green and all rooms were monitored as a whole. Room was relatively small but very clean. No closet, bathroom consisted of a toilet and shower. Sink, mirror, hairdryer were in bedroom area. Walking from the bed to the bathroom was literally down hill. Floor not level but not an insurmountable problem, just interesting. Dinner...

"We were a little bummed the larger pool was going to be closed for one of the full days we had but we were able to utilize it the day of check in before we got our room which was very nice! I had let the staff know we were celebrating our anniversary and they sent up a nice very unexpected surprise. The staff, especially Lisa was so nice! The room was great and the spa and pools were great even if one was a bit of a walk, me and my family had a great experience. The area is so quiet and relaxing...
