「Staff were friendly, and it's in a great location. There are some bluffs within walking distance as well as the wharf with plenty of options for food. The rooms were not soundproofed at all, it sounded like the guests in the room next to ours were IN our room.」

「Overall I would recommend Robinson Rancheria as place to stay, except for the House Keeping staff and the communication between the Front Desk and HK staff. Twice we coordinated with the Front Desk for services and twice we were confronted by the House Keeping team because they did not communicate. This is one of those location you need to ask for House Keeping service. We missed the first day and I requested for our 2&3rd day. The 2nd day nothing and when I went to request at the Front Desk...
