「Room was clean but it was obviously an old room with some new paint, carpet, and decorations. We arrived late at night so minimal staff would be expected but I had to walk around looking for someone and they were all outside on a cigarette break. We could hear everything in the hall and other occupants were loud, everything was a bit sketchy, won’t be staying there again.」

「I had a terrible experience at this location which is a huge bummer considering what a nice view it has and how much I liked it the first time. We stayed again recently and had just come off an 8 hour drive with two young kids, only to arrive and be told that our reservation and payment was swapped over to the neighboring hotel that’s attached to a casino because the hotel was actually overbooked. Nothing like being exhausted with cranky kids and having to lose 30 minutes of downtime figuring...

「We really just needed a place to sleep. The showers were stained and the temperature was difficult to regulate at times. Regardless the room was fairly clean. We had a fridge and microwave. There was an area for our pet to use the bathroom if we needed. Pet deposit was very reasonable. The property really shined with the staff.
