「We weren't overly thrilled with our stay, it was tolerable. The room was clean when we arrived but the air was a little stale due to lack of air circulation. One of the plug ins on the lamp between the beds didn't work. Not thrilled with little tiny bars of hand soap, would rather have refillable wall pumps. I had to pump body wash from the shower to wash my hands. Our room key cards would not work consistently.. we had to go down to the main desk to get them reactivate at least twice. I would...

「Rude front desk person, the room was filthy and had bugs. The door locks were both broken. Room on the ground floor, next to pool and no other rooms. Smelled too. Asked the front desk for a different room because I felt unsafe in a ground floor room with no lock. She said there were no other rooms. Asked for a refund and she said tough luck. 「We chose this hotel because we needed a two-bedroom suite for our family. My Expedia confirmation clearly showed a two-bedroom suite, but when we arrived, the hotel told us they only had us booked into a one-bedroom. They said it was an Expedia issue and that there was nothing they could do because they didn’t have any two-bedroom suites available. Unfortunately, this meant our kids had to sleep on the pullout couch instead of having their own bedroom, which was the entire reason we booked this...
