「The bed design is terrible. The place where your feet go is under the bed. You can easily bump into it without any warning. My sister and I both got bumped. My sister's ankle swelled up a lot. I told the front desk about it, but their attitude was not good.」

「The front desk informed me that because I booked through a third party, I was placed in a room in the building next door instead of the main hotel. They said that if I had booked directly with the hotel, I would have been able to stay in the main building.
I am very disappointed with this experience. The room did not meet my expectations, and I ended up leaving one day early to book another hotel because I could not stay in the room I was given.
