「No mini fridge. No fitted sheets on the bed. Carpet smells horrible. I dont know why hotels have carpeting in any rooms, especially dog friendly rooms」

「The room was falling apart. 1. The phone didnot work 2. Lampshade torn and would not stay on lightbulb 3. Bad instructions on how to get to my room, very confusing. 4. Refrigerator was not working. Moved to another hotel the following morning」

「This is a very charming place and the staff was wonderful!」

「Both Expedia and the Hotel need to be explicit about exactly when the airport shuttle runs. I booked a room at this hotel at a higher rate on the expectation that because it included an airport shuttle (rare for Santa Fe) it could get me there by 6:30am. It turns out the hotel's airport shuttle doesn't start running until 9am, so I paid an extra $60 for a car service to get me there at 6:30am. Truth in advertising, people! Tell us >exactly< what your services are and when they're available,...

「Loved everything about it! We had the kitchenette which was great having a bigger room! Great location, staff」

「A great location; clean; cozy; beautiful setting; pleasant staff」

「No one told us the swimming pool was under maintenance!!!!? We picked that hotel specifically for the indoor swimming pool. AND IT WAS UNUSABLE!!!!! That made our ENTIRE stay a mess!!!!」

「Nice room… great breakfast」
