「Nicest place I have ever stayed in Santa Fe, and one of the nicest places I have stayed anywhere. Location is most convenient, easy walk to the Santa Fe Plaza and museums, restaurants, concert halls etc. The staff was consistently friendly and helpful. Deliciious breakfast and great coffee. Spacious parking. The suite we booked was most comfortable and included a fenced outdoor patio area on two sides of the building. The room was very comfortable. 「We had switched from another hotel that was very disappointing. We were very happy with the hotel. The only complaint is the ac was right next to the bed so that person froze and the other bed was warm. Not great room planning.」

「Started with a clean room, but housekeeping did not clean our room during our stay. We asked for clean towels but didn’t receive any. I walked down to housekeeping room and got my own towels for family. I also emptied our own trash. Front lobby clerk in the morning was rude and I think he tried to be funny but was annoying with his words. We had a leak to ac unit. Beds were comfortable, and breakfast was good. Second day they ran out of coffee right away so I recommend going down early....

「Our room was spacious, clean and nice. Outside the building there is repair that needs done. We could ride our bikes to the historic downtown Santa Fe area. Not walkable. Breakfast was very good! Hot tub was not working.」
