The breakfast variety was both healthy and tasty. The breakfast staff was cheery and helpful. Beautiful residence room. A big studio with kitchen, sitting area and queen. Tip: Take a night light to get into toilet at night.

Loved this hotel

Clean, quiet, comfortable with friendly staff and excellent breakfast. Very nice grounds also. Did not want to leave my spacious and relaxing room.

Very clean and orgaized large room. Coffee maker in room. Couch folds out to a bed room for two. Bed was very comforable. Two TVS and additional sitting area. Large sized refrigerator and well stocked kitchen. I have a family of 5 and the stay was great! Will stay again!

Great and quiet spot with kids.

Traveling with my kids is no joke. I’ve got one with severe food allergies, so we have to pack and cook all his food while traveling. The Residence Inn had everything we needed to cook for him while being less than 10 minutes away from the action. The pool and hot tub were also great to use before bed each night to get the extra energy out. We used the laundry facilities too, which were very conveniently located and made it easier for us as we moved on to our next stop. All in all, a solid choice for families traveling.

The hotel was just ok for a Marriott. Everything was pretty dated. It overall felt clean and comfortable. The things that made our stay uncomfortable were out of the hotels control. The cable was out for several hours and our neighbor had a noisy dog. Breakfast was ok.

Ladies trip/Santa Fe

My friends and I stayed at Residence Inn Santa Fe. The location was perfect. It seemed to be close to the activities we planned and the restaurants we experienced. However, one of our tv's wasn't working so I told someone about it at the front desk. They were going to send someone to check on it. No one did, because when we looked at the TV, the cable cord wasn't even connected to the TV. I couldn't reach the back of the tv to fix it. When we checked out, I told the manager at the front desk what had happened. He apologized for the situation. I was hoping that someone would have just looked at it. It wasn't quite up to Marriott standards.

Good points first: Front Desk people are friendly, Morning Breakfast was interesting with different Menu every day. Location was perfect. Accessible to shopping, Banks etc. Linen were clean, Kitchen was sufficiently equipped. Almost everything we wanted to visit in Santa Fe was with in 2 miles. Now to to Bad part: Old property. Shower didn’t work on First day. We had to call in Maintenance Person to get it fixed. Beds were not comfy at all. We got back pain after 3 nights. If you are staying on Second floor then you need to tip toe. The floorboard was squeaky. Every Unit has a limited Storage tank for Hot water. At max the Tank can support two quick showers. After that you need to wait for 30 mins to get Hot water. Our Access Cards got corrupted every day and we were locked out after tiring day. Front desk was able to reprogram the cards but it was a daily routine. Not fun in extreme cold to get locked out everyday evening.
