"Roxanne at the front desk was so nice. Our flight was delayed, and we were tired. She got us a room quickly. Since our flight was late, we weren't able to get our rental car until the next day. The hotel provided free transportation to the hotel. Derrick saw us waiting outside for an Uber and took us to the rental pick-up."

"The property was good value for money. The 2nd floor patio is a nice feature that we enjoyed. The staff at the front desk the evening we checked in was so friendly and helpful. "

"It’s a really nice and new hotel! Close to downtown Louisville. Only thing is the shower is built to where it will hit you in the face the whole time if you’re on the shorter side. Breakfast is ok. Nice staff at the front desk but my room didn’t get cleaned one of the days. Overall would recommend and stay again!"
