「It claimed to be a resort, but it wasn't. The pool and spa weren't even open. Water backed up behind the toilet and flooded the room. I fell when I went into the bathroom. It looked like it had been a nice hotel until it went under new management. This management doesn't seem to care about the hotel. The breakfast couldn't even be called continental . Would not recommend staying there.」

「Nous avons choisi une chambre standard avec deux lits, offrant une magnifique vue sur la montagne. Devant la porte, un bel espace permet d’installer des chaises et de profiter de l’extérieur. L’hôtel a été entièrement rénové et son décor est moderne et chaleureux. Les piscines sont grandes, le spa est bien chaud, et tout est facilement accessible. Nous y étions avec nos deux enfants et nous avons adoré notre séjour ! L’emplacement est parfait, à quelques pas des restaurants, des pistes de vélo...

「Not what we expected, room was dirty and carpet needed to be replaced. Hot tub looked to dirty to go in, area was nice but breakfast was at 8am. which is a big turn off for early risers.」

「Hotel was great with the exception that the elevator was broken down for most of the stay but the staff was great and helpful with carrying luggage as we were on the fourth floor.」

「Everything with the room itself was great. It was clean and in a great location. My issue with this reservation was the amenities. They are not inlcluded. So even though the listing says they have pools and hot tubs, don't expect to be able to use them unless you pay more when you get there. This should be made clear to anyone that books at this resort. 」
