「What didn’t I love about the Flats? Besides the aesthetic, cleanliness, the water pressure in the shower, the magnificently comfortable King bed with cloud like sheets, the cold bottled water in the fridge, the selection of teas and coffees, timely communication, and easy check in/out, it might be safe, easy street parking or the beautiful building on a tree lined street and 1 block walk to a beautiful coffee shop and grocery store. There’s so much to love! This will be my go to every time...

「Percent location for what we wanted to do in loveland. Right in downtown and walking distance to all the restaurants and cute shops we wanted to see. 」

「We’re a family or 5 and this hotel was easily accessible and worked perfectly for our night stay while we traveled across the country. We didn’t stay in the area long enough to know if it’s conveniently located for amenities or shopping but loved it nonetheless. 」

「The house was as described and pictured. It was very clean and nicely decorated and had everything needed in the bathrooms and kitchen. Also, great communication from Stacy the Reservation Manager. The only thing that could be explained clearer in the description is the fact that there is no master bathroom off the master bedroom. However, that wasn't a big issue for us. We would definitely rent this house again.」
