「Good service clean room close to JMU」

「Hair on the back of th tub, toilet seat loose/broken causing it to slide sideways with sitting on it. I only stayed one night and didn't see thbhair until the morning when I showered. When I told the morning front desk staff Jessica her only response was "I will amke sure I let someone know about it. No apology or any offer to discount stay. Very disappointed with my stay.」

「Upon checking in, the staff was friendly. Check in at 4pm vs 3pm as other hotels allow was done for us br seemed late for getting freshened up and ready to go out and enjoy the town.
