Clean, basic accomodations, with all facilities working to specifications. The breakfast was appropriate.I appreciated the rather bare bones ambience because there were no awful curtains or carpets that tried to tart up the place . I would have appreciated an in-room coffee pot, even though there were urns available in the lobby.

Very disappointed as a Hilton Honors member. The hotel was fairly disappointing. We could not access our TV and were told by the front desk “ that when the hotel is full, people have a tough time accessing the tv & WiFi “. Not up to the standards that the Hilton brand offers at other locations in their brand. Would not stay there again

Was really great all around. Very clean other than small hairs on the bedding and towels that resembled that of dog or cat hairs

Great location right off of 81 and very close to JMU. The room was updated and very clean. The beds were comfortable and the room was spacious. There weren't a lot of options at the breakfast but it was enough for our quick stay. Would definitely stay here again.

This place is completely renovated, however they don’t have a laundry room. I’ve been to several other locations that are more run down. They at least have 1 washer and 1 dryer. Other than that this place is awesome. The morning staff is a hit or miss she was busier on her phone than welcoming guests. I said Good morning and she just stared at her phone.

I expected this hotel to be a little more bare bones but this place was extreme. No microwave in the room and the so called breakfast was terrible. Curdled Milk and watered orange juice. The only things to eat were a boiled egg and muffins. I stayed in one of these in Staunton VA. And it was fine and the reason I chose this one.
