「One bedroom suite not as nice as Studio or a quiet. Front desk manager thought was super nice and accommodating! Rate was supposed to be adjusted from one night instead of 2 nights and not corrected by hotel? No onsite restaurant. 」

「The pool, the Jacuzzi and the workout room was advertised online as operating but when we got to the property, it was all closed. The carpet in the room is disgusting. The shower curtain in the bathroom is tied up on the corner where it’s ripped off the microwave had no microwave plate and when I asked for extra towels, I got one extra bath towel.
